Watermatic have been excellent. All staff have been polite and helpful, and your senior staff reassuringly knowledgeable. Site staff turned up on time was courteous and worked steadily, and cheerfully, all day in freezing conditions. And, fitting around my timetable, the follow up appointment after I laid the lawn was as seamless too (unlike my lawn!). Our head office is based in Pall Mall London; the building has three roof gardens that were developed some six years ago.Last year we experienced a great deal of problems with the intial irrigation system that was installed in 1999 by the garden designer at the time. It was decided that the original irriagtion system was in need of replacing.I was recommended Watermatic; they installed a computerised irrigation system with rain sensors, a far more advanced technical system. I found the team highly professional, very knowledgeable and carried out all the works with a minimum of disruption.They completed the installation on time and worked to our high standards of health & Safety. Watermatic were very efficient,redesigning my system to use most of my equipment, discarding some parts that they felt to be inappropriate and introducing some improved materials.The works were carried out diligently and expertly, and the system has proved to be efficient and reliable.Their maintenance of my system has proved to be equally satisfactory.
